Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Location: Delhi/Banglore (Travel required) Company: Cuttech About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Solution Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in installation, configuration, reporting, and support for advanced automation systems, particularly in garment and manufacturing industries. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel across India for client site visits, installations, training, and support. Key Responsibilities Installation & Configuration Install and configure SQL Server, SSMS, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Report Builder, and IIS. Set up firewall ports, VPN access, and Microsoft remote connections. Deploy applications and ensure smooth integration with ERP, CAD, and CAM systems. Database & Reporting Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Develop and maintain paginated reports using Microsoft Report Builder. Configure and manage SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for business reporting. Troubleshooting & Support Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for applications and related systems. Diagnose and resolve application, connectivity, and performance issues. Liaise with vendor support teams for escalations when required. Client Demonstrations & Training Conduct product demonstrations explaining functionalities, including cutplan optimization, roll management, and garment cutting room operations. Train client staff on daily usage, dashboards, and reports. Bridge the gap between technical setup and real cutting room operations. Domain Knowledge Understand garment manufacturing processes, especially cutting room workflows. Advise clients on best practices for cutplan efficiency, roll management, and fabric utilization. Support digital transformation initiatives within the factory floor. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, and reporting tools. Experience in garment manufacturing/automation industry preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating laser projection systems to assist in part layout, assembly guidance, and ensuring quality using the LaserQC inspection system. This role is vital in maintaining product accuracy and reducing rework through precise, non-contact measurement and projection. Key Responsibilities: Operate laser projection systems to assist with part positioning, layout, and assembly alignment on production tables or workstations. Program and run LaserQC machines for 2D inspection of sheet metal or fabricated parts. Compare scanned parts to CAD models to verify dimensional accuracy and highlight deviations. Identify and communicate defects or non-conforming parts to appropriate team members. Generate inspection reports and maintain accurate records of measurements and findings. Assist in calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laser equipment. Work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure proper part setup and inspection.
